Here you can feel materials - old and new -, browse through magazines and books, pick up images, attend lectures. You never stop learning in our Knowledge Center.
In our educational programs we connect regional history and cultural heritage, craft knowledge and skills to contemporary design, materials and technology, sustainability and current issues.
Access to the library is included with the museum ticket. We have an extensive collection of books and magazines focused on leather (alternatives), shoes and fashion.
In the education room in the knowledge center, school classes attend special programs and workshops for children.
The Schoenenenkwartier is not only a place to experience things by looking, but also by doing. There are various activities in the knowledge center.
