The materials closet is accessible to everyone

The materials cabinet is open to everyone: visitors, schoolchildren, students, artists, companies, designers. All materials can be taken out of the cabinet and studied, not only with the eyes, but also with the hands.

You can find depth in the closet on the story you saw in the exhibit. Because not everything can be told just like that. Because everything can be touched, the cabinet is an experience in itself for children. They can feel a real shark or, perhaps with some reluctance, a cow's stomach. Next to the cabinet of materials, children find Search and Discovery cards. With these cards, children discover the materials cabinet and the journey of discovery continues in the museum.

Students from mbo and hbo can do research on materials. Artists can delve into the old methods of making shoes and use these techniques in a different way in their work.
