Papershoes

Oh that was just done for fun! Sometimes shoes are just fantasies, really. So said designer Beth Levine. She worked in the 60s and 70s for the label Herbert Levine, which she built up with her husband. Among other things, this label released these paper shoes under the name "Paper Twist."

In this workshop we are going to make a Paper Twist sandal. Put your imagination to work and create a shoe you would want to see on the catwalk!

After the workshop, try out all kinds of different shoes on the catwalk too!

If you are lucky our machines will be running on this day!

Details

The workshop includes a glass of lemonade. (Grand)parents who want to help pay entrance to the museum. Parents can also wait downstairs in our café or leave a mobile number so we can reach them.
